On October 14, 2021, Edi Rama declared for the first time the ambition to send two satellites into space. He called them Albania 1 and Albania 2.

He did not give more details, but from the data published by the Iranian hackers it is understood that the discussions about sending these satellites had started.

On October 18, Thomas Van Matre, vice president of the company Satellogic addresses a message to the head of the State Intelligence Service, Helidon Bendo.

In the message, he informs him that his company is interested in sending the satellites to Albania and tells him that he intends to sign the agreement by November 30, 2021.

According to data published by Iranian hackers, Helidon Bendo writes in short English.

'Thank you Tom. Have you sent the Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj?'

Apparently, the official of the American company does not reply and the director of SHISH decides to send the message to Arben Ahmetaj himself.

Mr. Arben, hello! I am sending you (Forëard) what they brought me', he writes.
