Another issue has been added to the doors of SPAK   and this has come from the National Chamber of Private Bailiffs , who have made an alarming report regarding the content and number of citizens of our country that this mega-scandal involves .

"It is about one of the most serious criminal activities that happened in recent years, started in 2016, that if it is not stopped today, incurable gangrene will spread rapidly throughout the Albanian society. The consequences of this activity affect a good part of the population throughout the country", says the report made by the National Chamber of Private Bailiffs.

According to the files submitted to SPAK, the accused are 13 persons, including executors, former executors, real estate appraisers, legal representatives and partners of non-bank financial institutions, as well as persons related to them.

The incriminating material addressed to SPAK is accompanied by an evidentiary documentation with about 15,000 documents and acts.

 "The written evidence shows that over a thousand fictitious auctions were held in 27 municipalities of the country where citizens' properties were taken or robbed by "Micro Credit Albania" or "Final", with the online method at the local Cadastre offices. From communications with municipalities throughout the territory, it is estimated that more than 4,000 fictitious property and real estate auctions have been announced," said a Chamber announcement distributed to the media this morning.

Apartments, shops, warehouses and construction land in Tirana have been auctioned at incredible prices. All third auctions have been announced for sale under 10 thousand euros. The same figure is seen for properties in Durrës, Elbasan, Korçë as well as for land and land on the coast.

If the "sale" scheme with fictitious auctions will be revealed by SPAK as true, this would result as one of the biggest financial frauds in Albania, after that of pyramid firms. The scheme of deceiving thousands of citizens with microloans is not new. It has been mentioned several times in the media in recent years, identifying specific persons and firms, such as MCA, ADCA, FINAL, etc.

The National Chamber in its statement emphasizes that this scheme "for years has atrophied the livelihood of thousands of Albanian families, this under the callous pressure of the Microfinance Enforcement Service and since 10 months of this year, it is devouring without any moral and legal scruples - properties and real estate of Albanian families."

Below, part of the extraordinary statement of the House of Bailiffs:

" The data deposited with SPAK are complete, for every individual, citizen who has fallen prey to this structured criminal group; written data and facts that show thousands of auctions for the sale of thousands of immovable properties of Albanian citizens, all with ridiculous values, with the sole aim - the final goal - of the transfer of properties from apartments to land, owned by this group of organized crime.

The National Chamber is following the case closely and will cooperate every day with the special prosecution body to stop once and for all this criminal activity, which for years has atrophied the livelihood of thousands of Albanian families, this under the callous pressure of the Microfinance Enforcement Service and that for 10 months of this year, it is devouring without any moral or legal scruples - the properties and real estate of Albanian families.

The National Chamber calls on the media and the general public to see the facts that we are bringing with the attached documents and to notify each other, all individuals and families affected by this structured criminal group, which currently presents only 1305 cases of auctions fictitious properties advertised for sale, but which are much more and may have ended up being robbed.

We call on the citizens to verify as soon as possible, with the administration of the municipalities and the courts where they have properties, if their immovable assets have been included in the fictitious auctions until the day of this announcement.

We call on all the cheated people who have "donated" their properties from the new microfinance owners not to be afraid, and to tell their truth, in SPAK, near the Chamber, in the Media, everywhere. No one can blackmail them anymore… ”
