From the list of 12 new construction permits, which the National Council of the Territory gave three days ago and revealed exclusively by Voxnews.al , five of the three are constructions over 20 floors.

Two of them have been designed in the area of ​​the New Boulevard, in implementation of the extension of the current boulevard of the capital, while the other three have been defined below the dam of the Artificial Lake, in front of the Socialist Party in the center of the city and in the area of ​​21 December. What stands out is that the beneficiaries of these permits are people with strong ties, directly or indirectly, to the Government.

Among them is Sadri Abazi and his company, Usluga, which will build the congress center and the 25- and 26-story hotel building in the New Boulevard area. Sadri Abazi's connections with the Government are universally known. As a former socialist deputy, his company has benefited in recent years from tenders and construction permits in the most coveted areas of the capital.

Another tower will rise in front of the building of the Socialist Party, where today is the headquarters of the National Commercial Bank. The permit was obtained by the company Bami LLC, rumored in recent years for indirect connections with the Government through other businessmen, who are suspected of hiding behind it.

Bami will build a 54-story tower on Ibrahim Rugova Street, near the Supreme Court. In this project, through secondary companies, the National Commercial Bank itself is involved as the owner of the land, and its connections with the Albanian Government have been rumored over the years through the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The third tower will be built on Kristo Luarasi street, near the Artificial Lake dam. The beneficiary entity is 'Green Living Company', with no experience in the field of construction. Shareholders of the company, which for 2022 declares a loss of 5 million ALL, are Natasha Xhai and Orion Cenalla. This construction will be a service, hotel and residential structure of 2-6 floors and 40 floors above ground, with 5 floors underground. Earlier, the company had the name "Globus Invest" with other partners and in connection with the former minister declared internationally wanted, Arben Ahmetaj.

The fourth tower will be built in the area of ​​the new Boulevard. A project with 52 floors in total, it will be developed by two anonymous companies. The first, 'Smart Construction Invest' was founded only in 2021 with the sole shareholder, citizen Redi Struga. For 2022, the company declares an income of 28 million allek and 100 thousand allek capital, many times less than the cost of the tower it will build.

The second company that will participate in this project is Progreen with majority owner and administrator citizen Genc Kuçuku. Founded in 2008, in 2010 it changed its status from active to company in liquidation. The liquidation process is announced on March 31 of this year. Officially, apart from the capital of 100,000 ALL, this company has zero other assets in KKB.

The fifth permit is near the 21 December area and it is about a building complex with 20, 27, 34 and 41 floors. In this tower, the project will be realized by two companies, one is "Develalb Construction", with shareholders Ilir and Kujtim Shtufin, and the other company is "Edonil Konstruksion" sh.pk, with administrator Ismail Meçon.

The company "Develalb Construction" with shareholders Ilir and Kujtim Shtufin has the same shareholders in "Nova Construksion". Ilir Shtufi is a name distorted by the socialists for connection with the son of former prime minister Sali Berisha, Shkëlzen Berisha. "Nova ConstruksioN" meanwhile has started work on the construction of the 'Mount of Tirana' behind the Palace of Culture.

The other commonality is that Ena Baçi, administrator of Nova Construction, will also be the administrator of the new company that will build the tower complex on December 21.
