Journalist Anila Hoxha said on the "Top Story" show that SPAK has communicated the closure of the investigations to former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, eight days after the communication of the 5 charges.

According to her, the process involves more than 20 people, including former directors of the ARA and members of the bid evaluation committees.

After the communication of the closure of the investigation is completed for all persons involved, they will have 10 days to submit their objections.

"8 days after the communication of the charges, SPAK today communicated the closure of the investigations. During these 8 days, charges have also been communicated to a number of other former officials. Once the communication of the closure of the investigations for this long list is completed, they will have 10 days to object. There are more than 20 citizens, former directors of the ARA, several groups of members of the bid evaluation committee and Belinda Balluku with 5 charges," she said.
