The SPAK order threatening, first and foremost journalists, with imprisonment in spreading the testimonies of some "repentant", is the most dangerous precedent, in my opinion, issued by a structure with high expectations to fight organized crime and corruption at high levels of government.

I am still waiting for the purpose for which the SPAK was created, but I can not be silent when a threat order is issued referring to a law that speaks of "state secret" and which becomes a decision with three prosecutors, with the intention of preventing the spread of testimonies given by persons, who obviously in their interest can declare that they have sent into orbit, two satellites named "Albania1 and Albania 2".

To discuss whether any statement made, even before vets, is in the public interest is an open debate on which I am very clear. But ordering the news not to spread and threatening that anyone who publishes or disseminates this evidence, at best, shows that this institution acts as in the time of Noah.

I am not analyzing how true or not these evidences are, I can even agree with SPAK, because I think that these evidences do not have the point of public interest to be published, if I am wrong. I do not even think that there will be a journalist who will end up in prison, but I am worried about the "power to threaten" and the letter spent to produce an "order".

I know very well this order will remain only on paper, as today there are hundreds of methods which not only allow publication and dissemination, but will also force the SPAK to launch another investigation to uncover the "organized crime network of the spread of news ". And until they discover the proceeding they must first declare it a "State Secret".
