Five former officials of ALUIZNI in Vlora have been taken as defendants and risk being sentenced to 2 months in prison for the charge of "Committing actions to hinder the discovery of the truth".

The former head of legalizations in Vlora, Ardian Musta and his 4 subordinates Adiseldo Rrapaj, Mimoza Rushani, Krupskaja Gjika and Ariton Kasaj, have been taken as defendants in connection with a flagrant case of legalization of 12 buildings built in the "Ambel Beach" complex.

According to the investigations carried out, it turned out that the five former officials of ALUIZNI have committed illegal actions by disappearing a file applied by Ilir Koka, in order to legalize some buildings in the village of Dhërmi in Himara.

The disappearance of the file of the applicant Ilir Koka, according to the Vlora prosecutor's office, was carried out on purpose. After instead and with the same application number, the file of Helidon Gjikoka was inserted, who claimed to be the builder of 12 buildings in the "Ambel Beach" complex.

Based on this situation, the prosecutor of Vlora, Edmond Forfi, in his claim, read in front of judge Arbana Osmanaj, has requested the guilty plea and the sentence of 2 months in prison for each of the 5 former officials of ALUIZNI Vlora.

It is now expected that in the next session, the legal representatives of the defendants will give their conclusions and then the court will pronounce its decision.

This group of former officials turns out to have been taken as a defendant in other episodes, being accused of "Abuse of office" and "Forgery of documents", with the aim of alienating properties in different areas of Vlora, Dhermi and Himara.

The same group has supported the interests of businessman Helidon Gjikoka, bringing through fraud the alienation of a land area of 1430 m2 located in the "Perivollo" area of Dhermi.
