Services of Police Station No. 6, following the work for clarifying and documenting with legal evidence the event that happened on 24.06.2023, have continued the intensive work with the aim of identifying and capturing the author of this event and other implicated persons, as well as bringing them before legal responsibility.

Following the intensive investigative actions, based on the collected evidence and the information received during the operation, they organized and finalized the coded police operation "Round".

As part of this operation, the suspected author of this event, Artan (Marius) Tafani, 39 years old, a resident of Tirana, previously convicted for the same criminal activity, was declared wanted.

Enio Mecaj, 35, a resident of Fier, was also arrested.

During the investigative actions, it was found that Artan (Marius) Tafani, on 24.06.2023, in New Ring, entered a point for money transfers and foreign exchange, and under the threat of a pistol firearm, took an amount of money away on a bicycle.

Enio Mecaj has made a vehicle garage available to the suspected author, and with his actions and inactions he has prevented the discovery of the truth, claiming that he does not know the person who owns the garage.

During the inspection of the garage, bicycles and clothing used by the author during the event were found, as well as a vehicle that was stolen on 23.02.2023, in Shijak, Durrës.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further actions.
