Ylli Pinari, former director of the Meico company, is one of the people who is testifying today in the process against Mediu for the 'Gërdeci' case.
Pinari, who was found guilty in the first "Gerdeci" file, confessed how he was put in contact with Patrik Henri, the representative of SAC, the company that was involved in dismantling the weapons.
Pinari testified that Patrik Henri had created the company 'Albademil' in Albania where Mihal Delijorgji was a co-shareholder.
" Meico is not involved in the process of determining Gërdec as a place of dismantling. Initially we had communications by e-mail. After the exchange of information, Patrick proposed the creation of a dismantling line. For this issue, I spent 5 years in prison and I have my questions about this ," said Pinari.
