Ylli Manjani: The Albanian state presumes its citizens are mafia and traffickers
Star Manjani

Ylli Manjani has reacted to the way in which, according to him, the Albanian state functions in relation to its citizens.

In a reaction on social media, Manjani states that Albanians live in their country "with the burden of proof on their shoulders," while the state treats them as suspects of crimes and corruption from the start.

Full reaction:

Albanians live in their own country with the burden of proof on themselves.

The state, with its written laws, presumes them to be mafiosi; drug traffickers; counterfeiters; prisoners; sentenced to life.

Do you want facts?

Order:

1. If you are a state official, you are judged under the anti-mafia law. They assume you are corrupt and a member of the mafia.

2. If you are a member of parliament or an elected official, you have the burden of proving that you have never been convicted, because you are presumed to be decriminalized.

3. If you are a businessman, especially a builder, you are presumed to be a trafficker and usually a money launderer.

4. If you were an immigrant and came to Albania to work, you are presumed to be a drug addict.

5. If you are a judge or prosecutor, you are presumed to be a masked thief.

6. Being the owner means being presumed to be a thief and a forger. You need to be able to see, in addition to the burden of proof, to pass from former owner to owner.

7. To be a pensioner, you have to find your own years of contributions in lengthy trials.

These presumptions are under written law.

Go and live in this place if you want!

*For those who don't know, presumption means taking what they call you until you prove otherwise.

I say one thing with complete conviction:

No state treats its citizens in this kind of way.
