The 50-year-old Albanian, who killed his 33-year-old brother-in-law Erion Pelivani after the latter had sexually abused the little girl, has been left in house arrest by the Greek court.

After the decision given today, the family members of Fatmir Tarellar burst into tears and applause, hugging him.

As reported by the Greek media, the investigator and the prosecutor did not agree on the case of the 50-year-old and the Judicial Council in Volvos will decide on this matter.

Until then, the Albanian accused of murdering his brother-in-law will be under temporary house arrest.
