Recently, the focus of the media has been on the unusual event where 34-year-old Arianit Arapi from Divjaka was arrested after having sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl.

According to the lawyer Alban Duraj , we are dealing with an unjustified arrest since the law does not provide for a criminal offense if the sexual relations were with the minor's desire.

Duraj says that Arianit Arapi should be declared innocent.

" We have a legal deadlock, or a legal deadlock for which, in my judgment or that of my colleagues who join me, this arrest made to the gentleman is an illegal arrest since we do not have the consummation of any criminal offense.
