A conflict for weak motives led to the death of a minor this Monday in Shkodër.

Both the perpetrator and the victim are the same age, only 15 years old. The police have put the author in handcuffs, while they are continuing with the investigations for the full disclosure of the event.

"It is suspected that he injured a 15-year-old with the consequence of death, the Police identified and accompanied the suspected perpetrator to the Police. Following the preliminary information given earlier, where in the area of ​​Fermentimi, in the "Skenderbeg" neighborhood, under still unclear circumstances, a 15-year-old man was injured with a cold weapon (knife) and as a result of his injuries, he died in the hospital , the investigation group was immediately created and the Police services were distributed in the area to gather information in order to identify and catch the perpetrator.

Thanks to the quick actions, the Shkodër Police services identified and escorted to the police station for further actions, a 15-year-old who is suspected of being the author of this event. During the inspection of the scene, the Police Services found and seized as material evidence the cutting tool (knife) that was allegedly used during the conflict, where the 15-year-old was injured, who died in the hospital. From the first investigative actions, it turns out that the 15-year-old suspected as the perpetrator of the incident was slightly injured with a cutting tool (knife) in the shoulder without life-threatening problems. The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is continuing intensive action, in the presence of psychologists and family members, to clarify the dynamics of the event and the legal documentation of what happened ," says the Police.
