The Special Court sentenced five of the accused for the murder of businessman Behar Sofia to a total of 127 years in prison.
Ernejt Shyti, the repentant justice, was sentenced to 7 years in prison, while Bujar Leza and Xuliano Visha were sentenced to 30 years in prison each.
Behar Sofia was followed by the perpetrator, who executed her with two bullets from a pistol with a silencer, while she was walking by the river of Lana, very close to the "Pyramid" and in the middle of the day.
The author, Ernejt Shyti, testified that he was promised 500,000 euros for Sofia's murder, while he showed that the murder was ordered by Leza, Xhixha, Vathi and Visha, with whom he had collaborated in organizing the murder.
It is suspected that the reason is the criminal past of Behar Sofia, who was involved in heroin trafficking.
