An 18-year-old man has been put in handcuffs, while a minor is under investigation, after robbing two German tourists in Himare.

The two men stole money, tablets, mobile phones and other items from the vehicle of two German tourists.

The police seized the amount of money and the stolen items, and in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office handed them over to the tourists.

The services of the Himarë Police Station, after receiving the notification that a sum of money and personal belongings were stolen from the vehicle of two foreign tourists, parked on the "Lapardha" beach in Lukovë, went to the scene.

In the coded police operation "Storm 22", it was possible to identify the perpetrators and seize the stolen items.

The arrestee is FQ, 18 years old, resident of Lukovë, while the proceedings for the other perpetrator, 13 years old, began in a free state.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for further actions.
