A 2-year-old was taken to the Hospital of Saranda in serious health condition this Saturday.

The child is suspected to have taken a large amount of medication and consequently showed complications.

While being given first aid by the Hospital of Saranda, the minor was taken by helicopter for more specialized treatment to Tirana.

Saranda police have launched an investigation into the incident.
