The police have solved the incident recorded on June 26 of this year in the neighborhood "Kamen", Peshkopi, where citizen Nuri Basha, 60 years old, was seriously injured, who later died in the hospital.

Initially, the event was reported as accidental, but after the investigation, it turned out that the author of the wounding of the 60-year-old, who later died, is the citizen Osman Torba, 53 years old, a resident of the village of Shimçan in Dibra, who was detained by the Police.

According to official sources, near the bar of citizen LK, after a conflict for weak motives, Osman Torba pushed Nuri Basha, who fell to the ground, receiving serious injuries, as a result of which he died in the hospital, on the evening of dated June 28.

Osman Torba has been criminally prosecuted in a free state and is accused of the criminal offense "Deliberate grievous bodily harm", resulting in death.

In relation to this event, three other citizens have also been criminally prosecuted, as in relation to this event they have stated that it happened accidentally, because Nuri Basha, getting out of the parked vehicle belonging to the ET citizen, fell accidentally and as a result was injured in the head. .

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
