The National Theatre of Opera, Ballet and Popular Ensemble (TKOB) has reacted after the incident that occurred during the first night of the performance of the opera La Traviata, where soprano Eva Golemi collapsed on stage and was transported to the hospital.

Through a press release, TKOB announces that the soprano is currently in the recovery process and her health condition is stable, without serious consequences.

The National Theatre of Opera, Ballet and Popular Ensemble informs the esteemed audience that during the first night of the performance of the opera La Traviata, the well-known soprano Eva Golemi had an incident on stage, in the final moments of the performance.

Thanks to the immediate response of the artistic and administrative staff, the situation was managed with care and professionalism. Ms. Golemi is currently in the recovery process and fortunately her health condition is stable, without serious consequences.

TKOBAP expresses gratitude to the audience, who with their applause and support showed respect and love for our artists.

Our performances will continue according to the scheduled program. We wish Ms. Eva Golemi a speedy recovery and a healthy return to the stage as soon as possible.
