"Ora News" learns that Koçi has left the premises of the Fier prison since April 7, 2023, completing the sentence received by the court of Elbasan, related to the event of November 20, 2020 that occurred in Elbasan.

Where, after a gunfight with a group of young people, Koçi was sentenced to 3.4 years in prison for the charge of "Unlawful Possession of Weapons". The release of Elvis Koç marks the second case, where SPAK maintains the same position with the persons arrested during the "Golden Bullet" operation.

Currently, Koçi is free and moves freely in the city, not being bothered by the Elbasan police. It is learned that Elvis Koçi has been cooperative with the prosecutors, so the prosecution has taken a stance on softening the measure of security for Elvis Koçi.

Koçi was arrested by SPAK on May 18, 2022 in the prison premises, after his name appeared during the testimony given by Nuredin Dumani, who indicated that Elvis Koçi was the man who negotiated the meeting between Dumani, Bledar Muça and Florenc Çapjas. in order to plan the murder against the payment of Sokol Sanxhaktari.

For this episode told by Dumani, Elvis Koçi is accused by SPAK of 3 criminal offenses such as "Providing the conditions and means to commit murder" carried out in special cooperation in the form of "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses from the Structured Criminal Group".

According to Nuredin Dumani, Eljo Bitri and "Vis Korçari" were the two names that negotiated between him and Çapjave, to have a meeting, since they suspected that Dumani had shot them with an anti-tank.
