New details have been revealed from the urgent dispatch of the repentant justice, Nuredin Dumani from the "313" detention facilities to QSUT.

Media sources indicate that Dumani has shown serious problems with his heart and breathing, while tachycardia is suspected (acceleration of heart rate, beyond normal).

He was escorted to the hospital by the Special Forces of Prisons and by RENEA, meanwhile SPAK has also been notified, which is closely following the developments, maintaining constant contact with health institutions to monitor Dumani's condition.

His health condition is still unknown, as the hospital is surrounded by numerous security forces. It remains to be seen in the coming hours whether the authorities will give an official announcement about this development.

Nuredin Dumani, considered a hired killer, is one of the most important collaborators of the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK). His testimonies, reinforced by communications in the "Sky Ecc" application, have led SPAK to hit several criminal groups in Elbasan, Tirana, Durrës and Shkodra, as well as to uncover a series of criminal events.
