Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani declares that SPAK is arresting people without having any evidence regarding the incinerators issue.

During an interview on the Zona Zero show, Manjani said that SPAK is doing popular justice regarding the issue of incinerators by satisfying the people, since according to him, for Lefter Koka and Alqi Bllakon, there is no evidence that links them to corruption.

Manjani further added that Lefter Koka has been arrested and is being held in prison in vain for the interests of Ilir Meta, being his opponent.

According to him, the American embassy and SPAK have degraded the justice system and he further added that SPAK prosecutors should be in jail today for arresting people without evidence.

Manjani stated that SPAK was created to capture the corrupt with evidence and not to arrest people for political interests. He said that the LSI should be held responsible for everything, since it has co-governed with the SP.

"SPAK is arresting people at the incinerators, as with popular justice, without having any evidence. SPAK did not interrogate anyone about the incinerators, but put them directly in prison.
