Rakip Gila , the suspected perpetrator of the massacre in Shkodra that left 2 people dead and 2 injured, including a woman, has a criminal record.

Three years ago, in the Partizani neighborhood, an arms depot was discovered and Rakip Gila was arrested .

At that time, the police seized 7 bulletproof vests, 2 pairs of gloves, 3 masks, 2 wigs, combat ammunition, 1 metal skull, 1 shotgun, other illegal items, as well as a quantity of cannabis.

Rakip Gila was arrested and convicted. He was released a few months ago and has already committed the massacre.

Today's assassination in Shkodra left Armando Pal, an IKMT employee and former member of the Shkodra Municipal Council, dead at the scene.

A few minutes later, one of the wounded, Lirodon Kraja, died.

The victim was reportedly the bodyguard of Bajri's group member, Erogen Vasos (Brajovic). The latter, who was also injured, is suspected to have been the target of the assassination attempt. 

The incident occurred at the "Kolë Idromeno" bar, in a residential area frequented by citizens, causing great panic.

Details on the motives for the attack have not yet been released, while investigations are ongoing to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and to understand if there are other people involved. The suspected perpetrator of the incident has also been arrested.
