Armando Pali, who was killed by gunfire in Shkodra, is reported to have been an employee of IKMT.

VoxNews has learned that Pali was a former member of the Municipal Council in Shkodra.

Also injured were Erogen Vaso alias Brajovic, the brother of the arrested Denis Brajovic, and a woman who worked as a waitress.
