The serious sexual scandal that involved the High Prosecutorial Council has led to the immediate launch of an investigation by the SPAK special prosecutor's office against KLP member Olger Eminaj .

The case, which was broadcast yesterday evening on the show "Stop" and shocked public opinion, has been entrusted to investigate SPAK prosecutor Dritan Prençi , who was available yesterday and, as soon as he was familiar with the media material, ordered the launch of the investigation.

This morning, officers from the National Bureau of Investigation appeared at the premises of the "Stop" show to take 1 copy of the show's CD and conduct an examination of the journalistic materials that were used for the television broadcast.

At the same time, Dritan Prençi ordered the BKH to go to the premises of the High Prosecutorial Council to seize the footage and at the same time seize the complaint made by the RM citizen against Tirana prosecutor Rovena Zoto.

RM's complaint was made with a note by the chairwoman of the KLP, Mirela Bogdani, passing it on for review to the complaint rapporteur, Olger Eminaj.

After this moment, Eminaj contacted the complainant RM via Facebook and then on WhatsApp, requesting sexual favors from the woman who was tasked with providing a response to the complaint she had made.

Meanwhile, regarding the scandal in question, since noon today, members of the High Prosecutorial Council are holding an emergency, extraordinary meeting to take measures and condemn the actions of KLP member Olger Eminaj.

It is expected that today the KLP will issue a decision to dismiss Olger Eminaj. While the criminal case is being monitored and followed by SPAK. At the same time, an administrative investigation has been launched by the KLP for this unprecedented case that occurred in the dome of Albanian Justice.

But what is most strange is the fact that none of the Justice institutions and foreign representations have, until now, made any official reaction to this sexual scandal case./ EltonQyno
