A serious scandal that has affected the highest levels of the justice system in our country was made public this Monday evening on the investigative show " Stop ", highlighting the inappropriate behavior of one of the members of the High Prosecutorial Council.

At the center of this investigation are private messages exchanged between KLP member Olger Eminaj and a citizen who had approached him to resolve a problem.

Regarding this event, which is worth noting was the headline of the media this evening, the chronicle journalist, Elton Qyno, has also reacted.

Through a post on "Facebook", Qyno initially praised the work done by the "Stop" show team, including journalist Genci Angjellari and host Saimir Kodra, emphasizing that the publication of these materials has highlighted not only unacceptable individual behavior, but also a deeper problem related to the public's trust in justice institutions.

Among other things, he has leveled accusations of attempts to prevent the publication of this scandal, claiming that influential people have tried to close the case before it became public.

"The material showed that the media did not aim to change the public's perception of the pseudo-new justice bodies (as they are wont to say) but to provide a screaming truth. A truth that, as I later learned, many people tried to cover up, engaging in all sorts of activities, including the "Cream of Justice", which is fighting crime and corruption.

"The KLP member wanted to fight in the office with the complaining citizen. He even asked for handcuffs, a whip and Viagra, as he had been doing since old times with a prison employee in Korça, whose file he closed," he writes.

The journalist's reaction:

I just saw an investigative piece published by the show "Stop", where my colleague Genci Angjellari and the show's host Saimir Kodra introduced the High Council of Brothel to Albanians.

A professional round of applause for the courage and courageous handling of the case.

Although, as an investigative journalist on prosecutorial matters, I feel professional jealousy that we, the journalists at SPAK's door, were unable to uncover such a scandal.

I can only imagine how much interference, offers, intimidation, and pressure you may have had during the accurate preparation of this material.

But in the material that you published and showed to the Albanians, it clearly showed that the violation of public trust, (which they supposedly are very concerned about), was not only violated and trampled on, but in this case it was raped by state offices, by the offices of the top management of the Albanian Prosecutor's Office, where prosecutors are appointed and dismissed, where the head of SPAK is elected, where penal and constructive policies are made on the approach of the justice system to the citizen, and the fart is a fart from these.

The material showed that the media did not aim to change the public's perception of the new pseudo-justice bodies (as they are accustomed to saying), but to provide a screaming truth.

A truth that, as I later learned, many people tried to cover up, engaging in various ways, including the "Cream of Justice", which is fighting crime and corruption.

The KLP member wanted to fight with the complaining citizen in the office. He even demanded handcuffs, a whip, and Viagra, as he had done since old times with a prison employee in Korça, whose file he closed.

An apocalyptic situation in justice. And to think about who appoints the highest level of prosecutors. Some have their eyes closed and don't know what they are doing.

This is the story and the truth that the justice systems in Albania have turned into "private islands" of X, Ypsilon, Enver and Ramiz, and these individuals think they can do anything with people's lives.

This is proof that the justice authorities are now dealing with the bodies of KLP member Olger Eminaj, as legal practices are clear, from the judge of Fier, Roland Hysi, Guximtar Ɓoçin, to Safet Gjici.

SPAK is now in a major dilemma as to whether it will impose security measures on the KLP member in the coming days or not?
