Two doctors in Tirana under investigation for delaying the treatment of a minor

Tirana police have launched investigations into two doctors, who are suspected of delaying the treatment of a minor.

According to the police announcement, citizens LH, 30 years old, and AH, 32 years old, both doctors, are under investigation.

The investigations began after a complaint by citizen Sh. M., who claims that these two doctors caused delays in the medical treatment of his minor daughter.

Also, the minor's father stated that during the surgical intervention, the doctors harmed his daughter's health.

“ Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 4:

-referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizens LH, 30 years old, and AH, 32 years old, both doctors, after citizen Sh. M. reported that these two doctors delayed the medical treatment of his minor daughter and that during a surgical intervention they damaged her health ," the police statement said.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
