Havana Syndrome/ Investigation: Russian services infiltrated NATO Summit in
Havana Syndrome

A joint investigation by The Insider, a joint investigation by the Independent Russian newspaper, in collaboration with THE US network CBS and German der Spiegel journalists, has uncovered shocking details of the so-called "Havana Syndrome," a technology weapon alluded to by Russia to attack U.S. diplomats.

First reported in Cuba, where it was named, the mysterious acoustic wave weapon was allegedly used at the time to target U.S. Embassy staff in Havana, causing them to show symptoms like headaches, dizziness, vomiting, weakness, but other long-term symptoms.

But according to the joint investigation, the weapon was used by Russian intelligence in 2014 to attack staff at the U.S. consulate in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Employees of the military unit with the code "29155" of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces may use this weapon to attack U.S. diplomats, officials and intelligence officers.

The investigation is first alleged that Russian agents infiltrated the 2023 NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, targeting a senior US Defense Department official.

"Russian military intelligence infiltrated the 2023 NATO Summit in Vilnius and successfully attacked a senior US Department of Defense official. Russia is waging war on us and we continue to pretend it is not," the investigation aired on 60 Minutes, with special guests Greg Edgreen, the senior U.S. official who initiated the Pentagon's investigation into Havana Syndrome, said in a statement.
