Journalist Adriatik Doçi, the man who submitted a file to SPAK against the former socialist minister, Arben Ahmetaj, has again today accused the prosecutor of SPAK, Klodian Braho. The latter, according to the journalist, hid the evidence for the former minister Arben Ahmetaj, which forced the journalist to file a lawsuit against this prosecutor as well. This led Braho to leave the management of the file, which was taken over by the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

"Prosecutor Klodian Braho hid the evidence. And after this scenario was revealed in the media, the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, resigned from the investigation of the file or left. It is no coincidence that a prosecutor who had the file left SPAK chief Altin Dumani, who has now become the main prosecutor of Ahmetaj's file", said Doçi in an interview with journalist Sidorela Gjoni in "Euronews Now".

Analyst Genc Burimi also spoke about this issue. The latter emphasized that SPAK would not investigate Ahmetaj, but were forced by the evidence and facts to investigate him. After the ambassadors became familiar with the Ahmetaj file, after the two prosecutors were sued by the journalist.

"Did SPAK have any other option than to act, because the full scenario must be given." How did it start? It started with one Adriatik Doçi, who almost a year ago last fall found evidence on the computer of Klodian Zoto, the beneficiary of the Incinerators of Elbasan and Fier. I don't know how he found this evidence. He takes it to SPAK and says: look, I have computer evidence with a bank card that Klodian Zoto, the main accused, paid hotel and travel for Mr. Ahmetaj and his family abroad with large sums.

Very nice, they take these evidences, but the SPAK does not take them into account at all, while they were at a moment of investigation of Alqi Bllakos and Lefter Koka.

Atëherë, çfarë bën Doçi? Shkon dhe hedh në gjyq dhe vetë prokurorët e SPAK-it, Ened Nakuçin dhe Klodian Brahon, dhe ia çon gjithë ambasadave dhe thotë kjo është drejtësia juaj e re? Dhe SPAK-u nuk kishte tjetër mundësi mos të hapte dosjen. Mos ta kujtojmë këtë se është një sukses i reformës në drejtësi, jo ishte një tentativë fillimisht e mbylljes së dosjes Ahmetaj, sikur të mos kishte ekzistuar.

Pra nuk kemi të bëjmë me një drejtësi të motivuar, por më një drejtësi të detyruar”, tha Burimi në një intervistë për gazetaren Sidorela Gjoni në “Euronews Now”.
