Albanians flood with comments on Parashqevi Simaku's Facebook profile: Go
Parashchevi Simaku

The sad life story of Albanian song icon Parashqevi Simaku has touched the hearts of thousands of Albanians at home and abroad.

Her appearance on American television sparked strong reactions, after it was confirmed that the Albanian singer was homeless on the streets of New York.

Many were those who sought to help her as soon as possible. Others commented that her story should not be distorted by the media at all, and she should be left to live the life she had chosen.

However, it is worth noting that in addition to economic difficulties, she is also believed to suffer from depression, which seems to indicate exactly why she finds it difficult to seek help, or as it is said, has refused it several times.

However, the Albanian music diva is present on social networks. From there, perhaps she also follows us in her silence. Simaku has a presence on Facebook, TikTok, which is a slightly more modern network, and Twitter (X).

Those Albanians who have managed to find her Facebook profile seem to have flooded in in the last few hours, leaving dozens of comments. What stands out are the positive comments, the calls not to give up and to return to her homeland.
