For reasons that he did not make known to me. On December 17, 2022, Xhino came to my house in Memaliaj, telling me that he had returned from Edmond Papa's funeral and asked me to accompany him to the cemetery, to Aleksandr's grave. Xhino showed me a video from his phone that Aleksandr had recorded just a few minutes before he was killed, which showed a piece of land that we own near the 'TEG' Shopping Center and that Ledjani had expressed interest in buying this property. Xhino told me that the Papa and Ledjani brothers keep firearms and explosives in the premises of the 'Blu Sky' Hotel in Saranda. I suspect that the boy's murder was organized by the Edmond Papa and Kristo Qiriqi brothers, alias Jetmir Hoxha, in collaboration with Ledjani.

Durim Bami is ready to sell every friend and ally

Gjin Ndoj alias Boriçi was one of Behar and Safet Bajri's close friends. Ndoj was one of the police suspects, who turned out to be questioned for the murder of Fatbardh Lici.

Ndoji was also a connection to Vis Martinaj. The latter was paranoid that perhaps Gjin Ndoji, a character with great criminal potential, might join his opponents Leonard and Elis Duka, after he had heard that Ndoji had expressed himself at a table because the Dukas paid more for contract crimes.

Nga kjo bisedë del qartë se arma është bllokuar ndërsa viktima edhe pse ka qenë në grahmat e fundit të jetës, rezulton t’i ketë folur autorëve. Pas vrasjes Behar Bajri ka njoftuar në mesnatë biznesmenin Pëllumb Gjoka, ku me tyre zhvillohet kjo bisedë:

Pëllumbi shprehet: “…ok vëlla…, kjoft me zotin, futja gjumit tani…

Të nesërmen, organizatorët kanë marrë pjesë në varrimin e shokut të tyre. Pas vrasjes së Gjin Boriçit, biznesmeni Pëllumb Gjoka komunikon me oficerin e Policisë Ardit Hasanbegaj të cilin e urdhëron të mos merret me zbardhjen e ngjarjes.

Nuredin Dumani njihte vetëm paratë

I spoke to Dashi about this event via an encrypted phone, where I also asked him if he participated in that event (the massacre) and what role he had. Dashi told me that he participated in the triple murder of Bradashesh, where he was in a car with the assassins but did not strike because the event happened very quickly and he was confused. In the conversation with Dashi on the encrypted SkyECC phone, that's all I talked about about this event. While Dashi told me the details when he was in Albania before leaving for Germany in 2016, but at that time he did not tell me that he had participated, he later confirmed this to me when he was in Germany when we talked on an encrypted phone. From Dashi I learned that 2 cars participated in the assassination of Endrit Alibej and his relatives, in which were Talo Çela, Miri Haxhia, "Altin Ndoci, Dorian Shkoza and Dashi.
