The mystery with Nuredin Dumani, the doctors still don't have a diagnosis!

Nuredin Dumani, one of the witnesses that SPAK has as a reserve "jewel" in at least 11 files on Organized Crime, suffered a seizure yesterday evening, alerting the General Directorate of Prisons and the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani.

The convict, who has admitted his participation in over 13 armed attacks and a series of violent and firearm robberies committed in several cities across the country, has been eating grasshoppers in his cell.

When suddenly his problematic heart suffered a heart rhythm disorder and his body lost its stability and fell into a state of unconsciousness.

This situation was noticed by Prison Police officers, who are stationed on duty in the sector where some of the most well-known SPAK collaborators are held in Prison No. 313, who then reported the situation to their superiors.

While numerous phone calls were exchanged with SPAK prosecutors and the latter with the Directors at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital in Tirana, on the other hand, dozens of police officers from the Prisons Directorate, supported by officers from the RENEA unit, managed to urgently transport Nuredin Dumani to the "Mother Teresa" Hospital.

Journalist Elton Qyno learned through reliable sources that Nuredin Dumani, when he arrived at the Central Emergency Room at the QSUT, was in a coma, unconscious and unable to speak at all.

Through a medical protocol, Nuredin Dumani's pulse and heart rate were measured, and then the doctors at the Central Emergency Department ordered scanning therapy.

It is learned that Nuredin Dumani, while unconscious, underwent a scanning process of the head, abdomen and chest, where doctors provided accurate descriptions, which are now reflected in the SPAK collaborator's medical record.

After performing this procedure, the hired killer Nuredin Dumani was removed from the Central Emergency Room, being taken to the Surgical Resuscitation Room, with the aim of initiating a medical formula to bring him out of the coma and back to optimal parameters.

In the surgical intensive care unit, Dumani is being rehabilitated in one of the VIP rooms of this ward, staying alone. Meanwhile, numerous prison police forces, RENEA officers and witness protection police have surrounded the hospital.

During yesterday evening and the hours of midnight, only a Neurologist entered this room, who is meticulously monitoring the patient, an official from the Witness Protection Directorate, and the Judicial Police officer at the BKH, Alvaro Noga.

It is learned that Officer Noga contacted the SPAK colleague only after the doctor confirmed that Nuredin Dumani had recovered from his serious health condition, was being mentioned and had begun to speak a little.

The BKH officer communicated for several minutes in the presence of doctors, where Nuredin Dumani confirmed that his health had deteriorated while he was consuming shrimp in his room.

Medical staff immediately raised suspicions of possible food poisoning, so blood samples taken from Nuredin Dumani were sent for toxicological analysis to the hospital laboratory.

Doctors assured the BKH officer and the head of the prosecution that the patient's condition had significantly stabilized, as the patient had begun to communicate.

But due to achieving optimal parameters and coming up with a concrete medical diagnosis, Dumani will continue to stay in the surgical intensive care unit for several days, in order to perform all medical tests.

Doctors are requesting time and a full analysis of Nuredin Dumani's health situation, in order to reach a final conclusion on the diagnosis that led to this health anomaly in Nuredin Dumani, causing his coma.

Since April 2022, Nuredin Dumani has become one of the key collaborators of the SPAK special prosecution office.

Initially, his testimony was used by SPAK in building charges against 32 people from the criminal world, in what is called Proceeding No. 75 or as it is otherwise known, the "Golden Bullet".

His confession was then used in 5 other files of this case, such as case No. 75/1, 75/2, 75/3, 75/4 and 75/5.

Subsequently, Nuredin Dumani's testimony was used by SPAK in criminal file No. 9, otherwise known as the "Metamorphosis" file, where the defendants are Behar Bajri, members of his criminal group, and businessman from Shkodra, Pëllumb Gjoka.

But SPAK continued to use Nuredin Dumani's testimony in the criminal file against the "Çopja" brothers and members of their group, who operated in Albania and abroad.

Dumani's confession was also used in the case against the "Kukës fort", Bujar Gërmizi, who according to investigations was the key man who kept Nuredin Dumani sheltered in Kukës and Gjilan, Kosovo.

Dumani also spoke about the criminal activity of Elvis Doçi alias "Visi i Pojës" in Durrës. His story was used in the criminal case opened by SPAK and in the criminal case opened by the Bari prosecutor's office in Italy.
