A 37-year-old man was handcuffed by Durres police after taking money from citizens for parking in an area that was free.

Police say that for carrying out this illegal activity, the 37-year-old had employed two minor children.

Police notification:

Evasively enmeared the citizens' fees that parked vehicles in a public space destined by the municipality as a free parking lot, the 37-year-old man is arrested.

He also used two teenagers as a worker in this business.

As a result of the daily checks that the specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of DVP Durres carry out in various economic subjects, to check whether they have employees of minor citizens, contrary to the specifics of the law on this activity, and to verify the legality of the exercise of these activities, another case of illegalities in both these areas has been found and struck.

For this case, E.K., 37, resident in Durres, was handcuffed after taking money (300-500 LEK) to park vehicles in a space in the neighborhood no. 1, the space that was destined by the Municipality of Durres, as a parking lot free of charge.
