The prosecutor of the case, Xhevahir Lita, was not the only one implicated in the manipulation of evidence to avoid uncovering the real perpetrators of Taulant Pepaj in Shkodër.

Through the conversations analyzed in "Sky", the prosecutors Altin Dumani and Arben Kraja have ascertained the content of communications that show and raise reasonable doubts about the involvement of two police officers from Shkodër.

"Ora News" has learned that the two officers who were involved in the investigative actions to unravel the assassination attempt on Pepaj, are the officers with the initials L. Both officers are being verified by SPAK, as there are indications through communications that they may have been implicated in the avoidance of Eljo Hatos and Arsad Bashli in the authorship of the armed attack on Pepaj and Mark Kolec.

At the same time, it is suspected that they have disappeared from the investigation file a wiretap of Taulant Pepaj, which mentioned Bardhyl Mavraj, the son of Behar Bajri's uncle.

It turns out that police officers L.H and EM, in February 2021, have referred the investigative material to the prosecutor's office, suggesting the continuation of the investigation against the citizens Eljo Hato, Arsad Bashli, Shkëlzen Xhenje and Behar Zagani for the charge of "Premeditated murder" that remains pending carried out in cooperation with "Unauthorized possession of weapons".

Lita i tregon edhe se si duhet të deklarojë duke dërguar mesazhet: "...do e pyes ate të demtuarin nese ka qene Hato aty apo jo dhe ai do thote qe Haton, e njoh po nuk ka qene ne vend ngjarje.........miku ta takojë Luanin, se ai i mbyll....

Takoje Pepën e thuaj nëse te pyesin perseri thuaj qe Hato nuk e kam pare ne vendngjarje, as ne qytet megjithese e njoh......po keshtu te thoje edhe për Bashlin...".

Ndërkohë gjatë një komunikimi mes një personi tjetër dhe Mavrajt, ai i tregon këtij të fundit lidhur me një takim që ka pasur me punonjës policie dhe e vë në dijeni që Taulant Pepa në përgjim telefonik rezulton se ka përmendur emrin e Bardhit (Bardhyl Mavraj) dhe se këtë përgjim, punonjësi policisë me të cilin është takuar do e heqë nga fashikulli.

Ai dërgon mesazhin: "...Vlla tash fola me të...Do të hekun dhe nji pergjim që i kan ba Pepës... Sepse ka fol kam shku, e Bardhi e jena pajtu ect ect...".

Personi që po përdor telefonin e Bashlit, i tregon edhe linjën e deklarimit që duhet mbajtur në momentin e pyetjes lidhur me makinën ku dyshohet për mjetin "AA 540 RF" në emër të Arsad Bashlit.

Bashli, i tregon që s'duhet të pranoj se e përdor këtë mjet, dërgon mesazhet: "... Qe makinen e ka ble ne emer tem Borana me ka than me ble makinen i kam than bleje skam hyp naj her ne at makine... E kam pas te parkume te shpija...Flet thirrjen kan me ja cu te baba...".

Ai i tregon gjithashtu se punonjësi i policisë, e ka pyetur se kur dëshiron që të pyetet.

Sipas përgjimeve, grupi duhet të paguajë 5 mijë euro tek policia, pasi ata i kanë ndihmuar shumë dhe se ndihmën më të madhe sipas tyre e ka dhënë policia.
