A 40-year-old man was handcuffed in Fier. The police announced that he was moving drunk with cans in the center of Libofsha.

He had his gun loaded, ready to fire. However, as soon as the police officers found out, he threw the firearm into a canal.

"From the verifications carried out, it turned out that the 40-year-old man was drunk at the time of his arrest, a circumstance that increases the risk of possessing a firearm," the police announced.

The police have seized the weapon and cartridges while they say that they have passed the procedural materials to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
