The police of Lezha clarified the conflict that happened yesterday in the environment of a gas station, while handcuffing the 3 people involved.

The police arrested the following citizens in the act:

Migjen Mulaj, 37 years old, a resident of Kosovo, for the criminal offenses of "Attempted murder" and "Destruction of property".

Nikoll Sokoli, 61 years old, and Kujtim Rusi, 52 years old, residents of Lezhë, for the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury committed in cooperation".

Their arrest was made after in-depth investigative actions with the aim of fully elucidating the circumstances of the event, it resulted that: Around 18:30 yesterday, in the premises of a gas station on the Lezhë-Milot road axis, the citizen Kosovar Migjen Mulaj, after a momentary conflict for weak motives that he had with two Albanian citizens Nikoll Sokoli and Kujtim Rusi (employee near this gas station), first hit them physically and then tried to hit them with his vehicle risking their lives.

As a result of the attempt with a vehicle, the citizen Migjen Mulaj collided with the interior of the gas station, damaging it.

Following the conflict, the two gas station employees hit the citizen Migjen Mulaj with strong tools (sticks) on the body, causing physical damage to him, who is currently in the hospital out of danger to his life.

Citizen Nikoll Sokoli is also in the hospital for medical assistance, he also received physical injuries, but his life is not in danger.
