Shocking facts have emerged in the SPAK file, where apart from the murders and criminal plans of the Bajri group in Shkodër, the city prosecutor, Xhevahir Lita, has a key role in the group's activity.

According to communications in the "Sky" application, Lita turns out to have sunk deep, not only with the release of the killers, but also with the dismissal of the file of properties in Velipoja that were looted by Pëllumb Gjoka.

Xhevahir Lita was tasked with investigating this property file with another colleague named Gëzim Spahiu.

The latter is a young magistrate, eager to investigate to the end the scandal of the alienation of the sand of Velipoja by Pëllumb Gjoka.

But with a Xhevahir Lita at his feet, who at that time had become the deputy director of the Shkoder prosecution, Gëzim Spahi could not go it alone and solve the complaint of Dede Marku and Lule e Donald Zefi.

Due to the progress in the investigations, Xhevahir Lita, constantly interfered with Spahiu, bringing strong debates between the two prosecutors of the case.

While carrying out the investigative actions, Xhevahir Lita talks coherently with the main subject of this investigation Pëllumb Gjoka, informing him who will be questioned, what actions will be performed and the graphic expertise of the firms on the documents.

On October 28, 2020, Pëllumb Gjoka wrote to Xhevahir Lita, saying: "...you have become arrogant now that you have become deputy procurator...".

Communication between them follows sending a letter to an institution.

Lita says to Pëllumbit: "...I'm taking care of that letter, because someone else told him, but he's doing nothing. I'll solve it without worry...".

Both sides talk about the arrest of the experts at the Scientific Police Institute in order to direct the expert reports to the conclusion as requested by Xhevahir Lita and Pëllumb Gjoka.

While on February 24, 2021, Xhevahir Lita talked with Pëllumb Gjoka regarding an expert report of which Gjoka is aware and Lita sent the messages:

"...see that maybe he has made a decision to carry out the procurement expertise... I also met Valbona and he told me that he has taken samples to send for expertise... I am convinced but he told me to tell Pllum to catch someone to come out exactly... but even this act of expertise fell behind so that it is sewn well as a file because that colleague of mine starts doing something bad...".

Gjoka asks Lita to close it as an issue and sends the messages: "... I was looking for tomorrow to grind it... that you also need a coffee.... I have called you 300 times... You are my friend I have you too, yes, each thing has its own charm.... I like that coffee is a blessing... So remember tomorrow, you will be given direction...".

Xhevahir Lita answers: that he received the answers, photocopied them but forgot to take them to show Pëllumbit in Tirana.

Lita closes the conversation by sending a message: "... let's do this examination and it turns out that Dranja himself signed the power of attorney and then let that colleague of mine eat a m***t...".

The serious insult is addressed to the new prosecutor, his colleague Gëzim Spahiu, who refused to submit to Pëllumb Gjoka's financial pressure.

Lita advises the informant of this file, Pëllumb Gjoka, that in February 2021 she will send officer Çlirim Halili to question his aunt, Drande Hotaj alias Gjoka.

Everything was well orchestrated and Enea Hoti was also present at the interrogation in the premises of the old woman's home.

In the investigation file, it is said that Drande Hotaj alias Gjoka halla e Pëllumbi from Malësia e Madhe, has benefited from a land in Pulaj Velipoja, with an area of ​​390 square meters.

Which is suspected to have benefited illegally, with forged documents.

The suspicions are that for the requests presented to the state bodies, made by Ardian Beci, a man with 8th grade but an individual who appears as a person authorized by power of attorney from Drande Hotaj, forged documents were used, with the aim of obtaining the status of "ex- owner" of this land.

Behind this whole scheme and industry of forgeries, there are strong suspicions that it is the businessman of the "Imperial" casinos, Pëllumb Gjoka, his friend Ardian Beci and the head of finance of the "Imperial" company Sonila Boga, who has followed the court proceedings at three levels court, standing as the legal representative of the elderly Drande Hotaj alias Gjoka.

The latter turns out not to have followed any trial and at the same time, I don't even know where the property is located.

The waters were moving under the mat, but in fact the conflict came to the surface as soon as the strategic businessman Pëllumb Gjoka appeared on the ground, who ultimately asked the citizen Deda Marku to leave the "Devi" bar, as the land already belonged to him.

The report of Dede Marku and Lule Zefi against Pëllumb Gjoka and other persons was dismissed on July 13, 2022, by prosecutor Franceskina Lekani.

While her request was accepted in November 2022 by judge Arbër Çela. Now this file has been withdrawn by SPAK and not only Pëllumb Gjoka and Xhevahir Lita are being investigated, but also other people./Ora News
