Danger for drivers: Scary views from Fier-Vlora, smoke invades the highway

A fire broke out this afternoon along the Fier-Vlora highway, where flames engulfed about 2 kilometers of the roadside, creating a serious danger to vehicle traffic.

Thick smoke and the rapid spread of flames are making crossings increasingly difficult and dangerous for drivers.

Several firefighters have been dispatched to the area to bring the situation under control and prevent the fire from spreading further.
