"Calm down or I'll f*ck your mother" - Evidence: David Gjana

Ibraim Leimoeiv is the other French tourist who was with his friends at the "Principotes" club when the conflict that led to the murder of Luis Varela began.

During the conflict, other people came and I saw a person dressed in beige and white with long brown hair and a little beard who pointed a knife at Tourpali and then turned to Luis Miguel.

"There was a lot of movement and people there and I didn't see the moment when Louis Miguel hit. I then gave first aid to my friend by putting a T-shirt on his wound," said French citizen Ibraim Leimoeiv, a friend of the victim.

As for the first person who started the conflict, from the cross-reference with the public data distributed by the State Police and the fragmented testimonies that have leaked to the media in recent days, it appears that he is Davit Gjana, a young man from Kukës. He currently bears an English surname and is wanted by the State Police.

"When asked if he knew the person who stabbed him, he replied that if he saw him, he could recognize him, and after being shown a photo of citizen Sokrat Vata, he recognized him and stated that this was the person who had the knife and stabbed his friend," the file, obtained by Klodiana Lala, states.

At 05:15, on 18.08.2026, in the premises of the "Principote" bar and then on the beach of the "Paradise" bar, in Ksamil, during a conflict between several people, citizen  Sokrat Lipan, alias Sokrat Vata , is suspected of having struck the Portuguese foreign citizen  Luis Mendes, 20 years old , several times in the body with a cutting tool (knife) . At the same time, citizen  David Heurtevent, (David Gjana)  already declared wanted, also punched the 20-year-old. Both of these citizens are accused of intentional murder, committed in collaboration.
