The State Police and SPAK have conducted an operation in Tirana, Shkodër and Kukës, in the framework of which Oltion Bistrin, former head of the operational forces, who was dismissed from this position a few days ago, was arrested.

The head of the Kukës Prosecutor's Office, Xhevahir Lita, as well as Astmer Bilali, part of the Bajra gang, have fallen into the hands of the State Police.

The businessman Pëllumb Gjoka was also arrested. SPAK arrest warrants have been issued for the charges of "corruption", "abuse of duty" and "structured criminal group".

It has not yet been confirmed what violations these persons have committed, but the operation was very extensive and there may be other persons arrested.

The State Police and SPAK carried out interceptions and the "Sky" communication application was broken down, which "sunk" and led them behind bars.
