Yesterday, a 26-year-old man was involved in an accident in the Artificial Lake of Tirana.

Eldi Alushi from the coastal city of Durrës, walked at a very high speed on the "Kosovar Street" and then the car "flew" over the escarpment that separates the Lake Dam from this road and ended up on the dividing walls of the pedestrian walkway by the water.

It is suspected that the young man may have been under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.

According to Dita newspaper, based on investigative sources, a drug is circulating in nightclubs where the rate of loss of perception of reality is very high.

The drug is described as particularly dangerous after consumption. In high doses, it gives the victim the perception that they can fly.
