Tomorr Shukulli  and  Valentina Koltraku , who were arrested for the accident that resulted in the death of a 7-year-old, have been released from prison under "house arrest".

The prosecution requested prison sentence for the former and house arrest for Valentina Koltraku, but the court ordered house arrest for both.

Tomorr Shukulli stated to the black squad that he stopped and gave him some money, which fell to the ground, but the driver says he didn't see him and, as soon as the traffic light came on, he drove off, grabbing the minor who was asking for the money under the car.

Meanwhile, Valentina Koltraku stated that she was immediately behind the SUV and had no field of vision.

Both have expressed shock over the serious incident, which they say was accidental. Shukulli said he only tried to help the minor by offering him some money.
