The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has made a statement between diversion and provocation, stating that the former head of the ARRSH, Evis Berberi, previously arrested, is cooperating with justice.
"You ask who Edi Rama is protecting. He had sold it out in 24 hours, as has anyone within the SP who endangers his power through tarnishing due to corruption ," said Bardhi, referring to Balluk's issue with the justice system.
He raised the question of who gave the order for the tenders, citing the Porto Romano case. According to Bardhi, the messages included in the SPAK file would show that Prime Minister Edi Rama is behind them.
"Who gave the order for the tenders, Balluku or Rama? Berber's message in the SPAK file clearly shows that Rama is behind them. Who assigned the Porto Romano tender, Berber and Balluku or Rama?" he declared.
Bardhi added that, according to him, Berberi has also cooperated with justice on the issue of the phone that contained important communications. He claimed that in the first search, the phone was not found in the apartment, while in the second search, with Berberi's own instructions regarding its location, SPAK and BKH were able to secure the evidence.
"How do you think Berberi will put Balluku in prison? Will he go to prison and take her with him? Will Balluku put Edi Rama in prison? There are three cases where she has hinted that if she goes to prison, she will take others with her," Bardhi said.
He added that, according to him, the attacks on justice and the legal changes are not being made to protect Balluk, but to protect the prime minister. "Citizens want the money that was stolen to be returned to them and for justice to do its job ," Bardhi concluded.
