Democratic MP Ivi Kaso said that the Democratic Party has several scenarios in place for the opposition protest on Saturday, February 28, demanding the resignation of the "Rama" government after the Belinda Balluku and AKSHI scandals and the chaotic situation in which the country finds itself as a result of the affairs, as well as early elections after the caretaker government.
Asked about the protest strategy, he explained that there are several scenarios being implemented and "it will be a protest unlike any other."
"There are several scenarios for the opposition's next protest. It will be a different protest from the others, there is a scenario. Even in terms of dynamics, not only in terms of the scenography, but also in terms of the way it takes place. Not only with this protest, but also with the others, they will be diverse," said the democratic lawmaker.
He further explained that opposition protests will be unstoppable, even depending on the political situation.
Even if the opposition's demands to lift Balluk's immunity and pave the way for her possible arrest by SPAK are not accepted, they could escalate and intensify further.
"The protests will also be held depending on the political situation, political events, and whether the majority will continue to politically protect Mrs. Belinda Balluku by refusing to lift her immunity, but also other characters who will be implicated in the future because there are a series of other files. So you will see a more creative way and a continuation of the protests," said the DP deputy.
