Two Italian tourists collided to death in Saranda, the 17-year-old is arrested!

The 17-year-old Elio Rr, who killed two Italian tourists in the early hours of the morning in Sarande, has been arrested.

The 17-year-old is accused of two criminal offences, "violation of traffic rules" resulting in the death of several persons according to Article 290/4 and "driving vehicles in an irregular manner" according to Article 291.

The collision was very strong, the witnesses in the early hours of the morning tell about horror events. The bodies of the victims were found with multiple injuries, under the car that hit them.

While the 17-year-old who was driving the car and his 16-year-old friend received minor injuries and are being treated at the Saranda hospital.
