The businessman Ilir Rrapaj, who won the concession for the sterilization of surgical sets, seeks freedom in the Special Court of Appeal.

Rrapaj was left in prison together with the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj.

Meanwhile, the other 6 officials of the Ministry of Health were released in a more lenient manner. It is also expected that the other suspects will submit an appeal to the Court of Appeal opposing the security measures.
