Pëllumb Gjoka remains in prison, the Supreme Court dismisses the businessman's appeal

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka for the revocation of the security measure.

The decision was taken by the judging panel composed of Ilir Panda, Albana Boksi and Medi Bici. 

Gjoka objected to the decision of the Special Appeal to uphold the "prison arrest" measure. 

The court decided "Rejection of the appeal presented by the petitioner Pëllumb Gjoka, against the decision no. 30 (87-2023-45), dated 15.02.2024 of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime.
