Protest in front of the City Hall

After the protest called today at 10:00 in front of the municipality of Tirana, part of the streets of the capital will be blocked.

The State Police announces that, today, from 09:30 onwards, there will be a temporary traffic jam on the main boulevard near the Tirana Municipality. For this reason, it is suggested to use alternative routes until the end of the rally, such as the Middle Ring and the Great Ring.

During some previous gatherings, held by the Alliance for the Protection of the Theatre, in the square in front of the Tirana City Hall, the police say that there have been repeated cases of opposition to the police forces, the use and throwing of Molotov cocktails and other objects in the direction of the City Hall Tirana, seriously endangering the lives and health of police officers and the participants in the gatherings.
