The Police Supervision Agency has suspended two deputy commissioners of the Elbasan Police.

More concret:

- U.S. Deputy Commissioner, 37 years old, acting as Head of the Illegal Traffic and Narcotics Section at DVP Elbasan;
- Deputy Commissioner SK, 45 years old, with the duty of Specialist at the Section of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics in DVP Elbasan.

According to official sources, it is suspected that in abuse of duty, these police officers have not implemented the standard procedures for detaining a citizen wanted by the police. They have been suspended within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 1200, year 2022, of the Prosecution of the Elbasan Judicial District, followed by AMP Elbasan under the direction of this Prosecution.
