The authors of the attack on the TIMS system and the database of the Albanian police have put up for sale on the Internet the entry-exit register of Albanian citizens at the border. The Homeland Justice group has announced that the database in question, along with that of e-albania, will be exchanged for bitcoins. Official sources from the Albanian authorities confirmed that the entrances and exits to the border were taken by the perpetrators of the attack while the TIMS system is still not functional.

The entry and exit of Albanian citizens at the border have fallen into the hands of the perpetrators of the cyber attack on the police TIMS system. The confirmation comes from the Home Land Justice group itself, which, according to Prime Minister Rama, is behind the latest cyber attacks related to the attack on the e-albania platform in July of this year

In a photo published at 11:35 it is shown that the hackers have the TIMS data and have even put it up for sale by exchanging it for bitcoins.

It is officially known that these hackers managed to get some valuable data of this system, specifically the entry-exit register of citizens and other data. The attack also put the system out of order, for which the state police, together with Albanian and foreign experts, are trying to restore it to work.

Since the moment of the cyber attack, police stations and directorates have turned off all computers by formatting them with the aim of cleaning them from any interference. Currently, all police stations in the country continue to be without access to the Times system, while at the border points the system is occasionally blocked by cargo.

The state police website, which was attacked along with the Tims system on September 9 after midnight, continues to be offline. During the attack, the logo of the hacker group and their messages against the Mujahideen sheltered in the Manza camp in Durrës appeared on the border officers' computers./OraNews
