A serious incident has shaken Shkodra today, where a 20-year-old man, identified as Paulin Preka, was found murdered in his apartment.

It was the victim's uncle who found the young man in the yard of his apartment, shot several times with a firearm.

Regarding the incident, the victim's uncle spoke to the media, stating that the boy had no problems, nor did his family. The uncle stated that the young man lived between Dukagjini and Gucia.

The boy went to and from Dukagjini, where they were engaged in agriculture and livestock farming, and he adds that the family had no animosity.

Excerpt from the interview:

-How did you hear the news?

The victim's uncle: I found out 20 minutes ago. They killed him, I heard they stabbed him at his house in Guci. I came as soon as I was ready.

-Were there any problems?

The victim's uncle: I don't know of any problems, nor do we have any ill will towards anyone.

-Who did he live with?

The victim's uncle: He lived with his father and brother in Dukagjin most of the time. He sat and watched from home what was going on.

-How long have they lived here?

The victim's uncle : He's been building his house for 15 years. Sometimes in Dukagjin and sometimes here, but he's had the house here for 15 years.

-What does he do in Dukagjin?

The victim's uncle : He has some cattle in Dukagjin, he works the land there.

-Is he known as a problematic person?

 The victim's uncle: No, 17, 18 years old, it's not done for good or bad.

-Do you have any doubts about what might have happened?

Victim's uncle: I don't know?

-How is the economic situation?

The victim's uncle: Something, he had two small children. He ate a bite of bread with difficulty. He was raised by his father alone and inevitably had problems like everyone else. The incident must be clarified. The state takes its own measures.
