An Albanian citizen, 40-year-old Elis Alijaj , was executed with a barrage of bullets in a quiet neighborhood in the Ma Campagne area, France.

The serious incident occurred when the victim was in his van and a gunman opened fire, leaving him no chance of escape.

The Albanian, who had no problems with the police, was a hydraulic engineer and was on his way to work when the crime occurred.

Witnesses report that immediately after the crime, a vehicle sped away from the scene.

Later, this vehicle was found burned in a forest in Jauldes, inside which authorities discovered a submachine gun.

Preliminary investigations indicate that Alijaj was shot with several bullets through the driver's side window, receiving three fatal blows, one to the leg and two to the chest area.

The victim died on the spot, while French police have launched investigations to fully uncover the circumstances of this mafia-type murder./ Taken from  Lenouveaudetective
